From WSP: "Dear Resident, please use this questionnaire to provide feedback to WSP's air quality specialists regarding your experience living in the locality of the Northumberland Wharf Waste Transfer Station (WTS). WSP is an independent third party acting in an advisory capacity. WSP will use the information you provide to supplement the complaints data collected by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, the Environment Agency and Cory Group to inform a review of operating practices at the WTS."

(you can detect an odour when you inhale normally)

(there is clearly an odour in the air as you enter the area)

4 - Strong odour
(a bearable odour but strong, you could stay in the area for some time)

5 - Very strong odour
(unpleasantly strong, you will want to leave the area quickly)

6 - Extremely strong odour
(likely to cause nausea and a strong need to remove yourself from the odour immediately)
